This fourth-year studio project is set in the unique urban landscape of Venice, Italy. The concept centers on redefining what Venice can be by indicatively utilizing its defining feature: water. The design embraces the interplay between the city's history and modern functionality, creating a dynamic space that serves as a public park, shopping hub, and artistic hot shop district.

The layout is composed of four distinct "arms," each with a specialized purpose:

• The longest arm is dedicated to the hot shop district, providing an inspiring space for creativity and craftsmanship.
• The right arm houses a gallery and public spaces, celebrating the city's rich artistic heritage.
• The left arm focuses on shopping and public spaces, seamlessly blending commerce with community.
• At the heart of the design lies a central park, serving as a green oasis and gathering point for visitors and locals alike.

This project seeks to enhance Venice's unique character by integrating water in ways previously unexplored, fostering interaction between its natural and urban elements while re-imagining its potential as a modern, multi-functional destination.
